Brand strategy

The goal wasn't more consultations. It was connecting with patients who needed his specialty and arrived ready to decide. So we organized the site around his areas of expertise, with clear information on each condition and its surgical options. That way patients can better understand their diagnosis, learn about the procedures and come to their appointment with more clarity. We also analyzed how the doctor shows up in AI assistant answers to find opportunities to improve his visibility.

(What we did)

  • Specialty-based positioning

  • Site architecture by condition

  • AI visibility measurement

  • Consultation-to-surgery strategy

Verbal identity

We analyzed nearly 200 of the doctor's posts to identify his voice and found that his strength is explaining with clarity and depth, building trust through knowledge. From there, we developed a narrative that ties recovery to what matters most: feeling whole again and getting back to the things that give life meaning, under the concept "Back to what you love."

(What we did)

  • Voice guide

  • Messaging for patients and for peers

  • Website copy

  • Responsible medical communication

Visual identity

We explored three concepts and developed "Zero," inspired by minimal intervention and the return to everyday life. The identity uses a blue-green that conveys trust and warmth, far from the blacks and blues typical of the industry. The curves of the logotype evoke the shapes of the brain and extend across the branding, while the typography pairs an editorial sans serif with a technical monospace.

(What we did)

  • Three brand concepts

  • Brandbook

  • Layered color system

  • Website UX/UI design

Art direction

We built a visual world of its own from soft light, textures and frosted-glass surfaces. Together they create a feeling of calm and closeness, far from the coldness of traditional hospital settings. The intent was to bring into the visual identity the way the doctor treats his patients and builds a relationship of trust with them.

(What we did)

  • References from outside healthcare

  • Grainy gradients

  • Frosted-glass interface

  • Iconography without sharp points

Keep going to see the next project
