Brand strategy

In a market where every tool promises better metrics, a dashboard isn't enough to stand out. So we built the narrative around a clear contrast: without Vortel, teams jump between endless platforms. With Vortel, you set a goal and let the system run the process autonomously. The site puts the copilot front and center and organizes the solutions around the user's needs.

(What we did)

  • Without / With Vortel narrative

  • Site architecture

  • Solutions by audience

  • Pricing structure

Verbal identity

The messaging starts from what users want to achieve, not from a list of features. So we showed how all it takes is setting a goal, like "book 50 meetings with our ideal customer," for Vortel to run the process. Personalization comes through real people, with names and context, instead of generic segments. The website was built for its core market, in English and Spanish.

(What we did)

  • Website copy in English and Spanish

  • Messaging by audience

  • Goal-driven examples

  • Video script adaptation

Visual identity

We stepped away from the visual tropes typical of the category to build a restrained, consistent identity. We worked with clean panels, a defined type scale and subtle shadows to add depth without cluttering the interface. The product sits on top of real photography, and every page was adapted to desktop, tablet and mobile for a consistent experience on any screen.

(What we did)

  • Design system

  • UX/UI design

  • Webflow development

  • Motion and interactions

Art direction

We took our cues from the visual language leading tech companies use to present their products, from interfaces that feel tangible to quick cuts and purposeful motion. The story opens on an operation buried in tools, moves through an ocean of prospects and evolves into a clearer, more focused way of working.

(What we did)

  • Product video production

  • Interface animation

  • Editing and pacing

  • Consistency with the website
