2. What data we collect
When you fill out the contact form, email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call: name, email address, phone number, company or brand, the services you're interested in, your estimated budget and any information you choose to share about your project.
When you browse the site: technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site and where you came from, through cookies and similar technologies.
We don't request sensitive personal data. Please don't share it in the form.
3. What we use it for
Necessary purposes: responding to your request, preparing a proposal or quote, scheduling calls, contacting you by email or WhatsApp according to your preference and following up on the business relationship if we work together.
Additional purposes: measuring how the site is used in order to improve it, and showing and measuring Alto House ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram, including showing you ads after your visit.
If you don't want us to use your data for the additional purposes, decline cookies in the site's notice or write to frontdesk@altohouse.mx with the subject line "Additional purposes." Declining does not affect how we handle your request.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use Google Analytics and the Google tag to measure visits and ad results, and the Meta Pixel to measure and show ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit the form, the Meta Pixel may use your email and phone number in encrypted form to match your visit with our ads.
You can accept or decline them in the site's cookie notice, delete or block them from your browser, and adjust your ad preferences in your Google account and in Meta's ad settings.
5. Who we share your data with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with providers that help us operate: Framer (site hosting and forms), Google (analytics, advertising, email and calendar) and Meta (advertising and WhatsApp). These providers may process browsing data under their own privacy policies.
Beyond that, we will only share your data with your consent or when required by a competent authority under the law.

You can access, correct or delete your data or object to its use, as well as withdraw your consent or limit its use. We will respond within 20 business days at most and, if applicable, carry out your request within the following 15 business days.
7. How long we keep it
If we work together, for as long as the relationship lasts and for as long as tax and legal obligations require. If no project materializes, for up to 24 months after our last contact. After that, we delete it.
8. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date. If you believe your rights were not respected, you can turn to the competent data protection authority.
